You can signup here & (after you receive an email confirmation) you will be granted access to the Bradley Online Bankruptcy Questionnaire, which is necessary to file a Petition in Bankruptcy Court. WARNING: Your access can only be granted for a week so you can complete the paperwork and contact the Bradley offices for retention and finalization of the Court Filings. During this time you can upload documents to our secure, encrypted server pending your completion of the Questionnaire.
